Wilbow Diverse PortfolioThe material growth envisaged for the U.S. Operations is now being realized post the Global Financial Crisis. Wilbow has strategically acquired new properties to supply the acute shortage of new home sites in the most desirable locations, including Flower Mound, Colleyville, SH 114 corridor. Many communities are now nearing sell-out, with many more under construction.

The U.S. operations has completed and sold over 4,300 lots since the establishment of the Dallas office in 1988. Wilbow Corporation has sought to achieve a definite marketing advantage through its location and subsequent style and presentation. While not overlooking large greenfield tracts of land, Wilbow has a policy of purchasing for quality rather than quantity.

Wilbow Corporation has adapted to changing conditions and identified many smaller parcels that have become boutique developments and satisfied a strong demand within niche markets.  Several of these developments are serving the demand for close-in locations to the Metroplex's urban centers.
